OK I have kawasaki zx9r and i have a oil leak by the head gasket and hive just termited valve adjust and it take 10h to do the job and before the valve adjustment there no oil leak whats the probleme

See if it is coming from the rocker cover above it. If not, it is oil off the cylinder bore that is seeping out instead of being burned. Replace the exhaust gasket.
To replace the valve cover gasket shouldn't be that expensive. Although those cars are known for blown head gaskets, so I would have them look carefully at the back of the engine for an oil leak. If it is leaking oil out of the head, it is only a matter of time before the head gasket will be pushing anti-freeze. Please rate my answer so I get points for it.
Sounds to me like they did a bad head job. No pun intended. lol, White smoke indicates moisture in exhaust but black smoke indicates a oil leak. I would take it back and have them check the job they did. If the car is over heating then the head gaskets are pretty much blown.
you either have a cracked block or the head job they did is not good. It is very easy to screw up a head job. Also they may not have put in the right gasket. If they had to shave a lot of the head off, then you need a thicker gasket. If they used the standard head gasket will break or leak again.
If by head covers you mean valve covers this is an easy fix just install a new set of valve cover gaskets, as this is a fairly common problem ( valve cover gaskets ). Just unbolt the valve covers and remove them then scrape off the old gasket and install the new ones and bolt the covers back on. This is a pretty easy job and the gaskets are less than $ 25.00. If it is the oil pan gasket you will needto drain the oil and unbolt the oil pan and remove it then clean off the old gasket and install the new one.
