Well I don't wanna scare do but you are in a real **** bro. But don't worry try this solution.
First of all back-up all your data (somewhere else not your hard drive).
First option available to you is to RESTORE YOUR SYSTEM IN SAFE MOOD (you can go to boot to safe mode by pressing the F8 key at the system startup you might have to press F8 key more than 1 time).
If you are using windows xp then you can restore your system by going to START> ALL PROGRAMS> ACCESSORIES> SYSTEM TOOLS here you will find the SYSTEM RESTORE option (restore your system at any available date before which you got that virus).

Secondly
you can try scanning via nod32 in safe mood. If nod isn't already running go to the installation folder (normally it is C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security) and run egui.exe after that try scanning your computer.

Third option
is that you can try online scan offered by many antivirus companies like mcafee etc (try googling with the Terms "free online scan" to get the complete list of online scan providers).

Fourth one
is to try the standalone virus removal tools like ones provided by the symantic corporation or try googling with the terms "virus name+ remover".

Fifth option is try installing a new antivirus (in this case i'll recommend mcafee) and try scanning your system with your new antivirus (but before installing any other antivirus first remove or disable NOD).

Sixth option: Remove your hard disk and scan it on another computer with an up to date antivirus (preferably nod or mcafee) This option worked for me a lots of time.

7th option: Get a portable antivirus copy it to your USB and up date it (do it on any other PC). After updating your portable antivirus go to your pc and scan it via portable antivirus. Before connecting your USB to your own pc please disable your computer from writting data to your PC you can learn how to do it here http://www.fixya.com/support/r5181164-protect_usb_from_receiving_virus or send me mail at [email protected] to get those reg files.

Here are the links from where you can download portable antivirus software:

or here

Last thing you can do is to install a fresh copy of operating system then install an antivirus update it and scan your PC thoroughly. But until you have scanned your PC twice DON"T OPEN ANY OTHER PARTION like Local D, Local E and even your USB
devices.
I've personally used all of these options at some stage of my life and they worked for me I hope the same for you.
If none of the above options work or you need any further guidence then contact me at [email protected]
I'll be happy to help you anytime.
Please gimme a comment, feedback or like.
Thanks

Features of NOD32 Antivirus

ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 is the most effective protection you can find to combat today's huge volumes of Internet and email threats. It provides comprehensive antivirus and antispyware protection without affecting your computer's performance. ESET NOD32 Antivirus is also one of the fastest antivirus solutions. Using advanced ThreatSense technology, ESET NOD32 Antivirus proactively protects you from new attacks. ESET NOD32 Antivirus detects and disables both known and unknown viruses, Trojans, worms, adware, spyware, rootkits and other Internet threats. Nod32 offers a number of great features that enable you to monitor the security of your computer with history/report logging and routine notification of the latest viruses.

Like many security solutions, the primary function of ESET Nod32 is to detect and block viruses and other infections, a task it easily succeeds at. This software can be run in two different ways: by a simple scan or by customizing your options and running a scan from the Control Centre. The Control Centre gives you access too many great features and numerous scanning options including NOD32, DMON, IMON and EMON. Here is a rundown on a few of the Nod32 scanning features:

  • NOD32 - this component is the most powerful tool against viruses and other infections. It acts as the resident scanner, functioning in the memory of your operating system at all times.
  • DMON - this scan thoroughly combs through office documents and files directly downloaded from the web.
  • IMON - this scanner can be viewed as your front-line defence because it monitors web traffic using HTTP, FTP, SMTP and various Winsock protocols.
  • EMON - this scanner is responsible for detecting viruses that may have originated from email messages.

While this is a highly advanced program, Nod32 allows you to get up and running with a simple installation.

Disadvantages: - ESET NOD32 anti-virus software's only disadvantage that I found is that it may not work or work slow in Win98.

Heaps of viruses corrupted files

fixer1950 sorta has the right idea. You do need an antivirus, but I disagree with his choice. Avast has a poor detection rate. You should use Avira if you want a free antivirus or Nod32 if you don't mind paying for one. To get rid of the viruses, run malwarebytes and superantispyware. Then install either Avira or Nod32.
Keep all your software up to date, keep the Windows Firewall on and run ccleaner once a week or so and you should be fine.

Anti Virus

Here is what I would do.

First I would start off by downloading the free trial of ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus. Afterward I would scan my system (In-Depth Scan) with the free trial of NOD32 (It doesn't use a lot of system resources). Next I would download the free version of Ad-Aware 2008. After the anti-virus scan finished I would scan my system with Ad-Aware (Full Scan). Next I would download and install Spybot Search & Destroy. After Ad-Aware finishes scanning I would start a scan with Spybot. Next I would download and install AVG Anti-Rootkit Free. After Spybot finishes scanning I would run an in-depth search on all hard-drives with the use of AVG Anti-Rootkit Free.

If that doesn't whack it, fighting this thing might not be worth it. Reinstall the windows operating system after you back up any files which you absolutely HAVE to keep.
