What voicemail do you have currently?? When you dial into voicemail, what does the voicemail lady say? "Welcome to Partner......."??????? Need to know that first.

It is not possible to diable the speaker phone but you can use the HFAI / Mute button to mute or unmute the spk. By default the spker phone is muted. Hope this helps.

You will have to call in a pro. We can not put the master passwords on the open internet.

Which Partner voicemail do you have? What password do you want to reset? A user or a admin????

Press "feature" 0 0 next press the left intercom button 2 times then press #103 (do this from extension 10 or 11)

enter the new time in 24 hour notation....ie 2:15 would be 1415 then exit programming by pressing "feature" 0 0 again.

Are you trying to change if it rings or how it sounds when it rings?

The phone you have (Partner 18D) can be used on several different Avaya phone systems that all program differently. To change when it rings, this would need to done in the system programming (not the phone) All the manuals are avaialble on Avaya's web site but you need to know which system you have before you can start searching. www.avaya.com
