My blitz keeps saying insert the battery when it already installe

it could also be loose wiring after you have dropped it, either way someone definitely needs to open it up and take a look

Endless hours were spent trying to connect my Motorola Razr to my computer. This finally worked:
Go to Google Playstore on the phone. Download Motorola PIM (all upper case).
If you have an extended battery case/charger on the phone, remove the phone and insert the USB cable into the port on the top of the phone.
Or
Download "Airdroid" and connect wirelessly.

The charger and the battery.....

But sometimes the charger port where the charger is being inserted into the phone might be faulty too,

So you will need to test for the charger port. Get a new charger and a new battery, and insert the battery and plug in the charger...if nothing happens, that means you will need repair the charging port....

Consult a phone repairer for help...

Mine just did the same thing and it has done this to me on the last four blitz phones they have given me...my advice..get a new phone

i had the same prob my mom didn't believe me you have to push the charger in really hard still doesnt work all the time though

the phones just a piece of **** mines doing the same thing and its not the battery the phone needs to be recalled

my phone shut off. and it only comes on when it's on the charger.. and i even got a new battery for it, and it just does the same exact thing's... why is it doing that?

could be either 1, needs a battery or a 2 new charger, even though it looks like it is charging.

you need to service the pannel to make it work fine or change the charging port it may be faulty or put in small led to sold it back it might be broken.

Take the battery out again and clean the contacts. Make sure that none of the contacts in the phone where it connects to the battery are stuck in. Ensure your battery is replaced correctly-I hate to admit Ive put mine in wrong in a hurry a couple of times!
