Remove all the cartridges, clean the contact points on the cartridges and on the printer using soft brush/cotton dipped in alcohol/acetone/spirit. While they are drying, reset your printer; Turn it off > Disconnect usb cable, power cord, inthernet cable; >remove the papers from the tray >open the back panel door (the rear door where you clear paper jam). Also turn of the main switch which the dc adaptor plugged in. After keeping it Off for about 5 minutes, turn on again using only the power cord, and again leave it on for few minutes > turn it off > connect all the cables > again turn it On and keep pressing the power button while it boots up. You can install the cartridges. If the problem persists, there's internal faulty or mechanical problem, you'll need to call a technician or will required to take to a service center.
Good luck.

Epson cx9300f

In this instance I would recommend the following:
  1. Remove the cartridge/cartridges from your machine correctly with the printer on.
  2. Turn your printer off and wait for a minute or so.
  3. Turn your printer back on and wait for it to settle down and warn of a missing cartridge.
  4. Re-install the cartridge/cartridges individually.
If the error persists then the issue is likely to be a defective ink cartridge and I would recommend getting it replaced.

I am receiving an error that says, "Please remove and check ink cartridge on right" I have replaced the cartridge 3 times, I have cleaned the contacts on both the machine and the cartridges, and...

This could be a 'seating' issue, many cartridges if not seated fully will report to the printer that they are not installed properly and will kick out an error. Remove and reinsert the cartridge being careful to try and fully seat the cartridge down into the slot. Push hard but not hard enough to break the thing.

I am getting ink error message Oxc19a0013

Is the phrase "Ink System Failure" in the message?

First check the cartridges. Remove all of the cartridges. Replace any that are low or empty. Check for damage or a blocked vent. Clear the blockage with a pin. If it is clogged with tape or the orange tab (that was in place during shipping), then remove the tape. Replace any that are damaged. Reinsert the cartridges and make sure that they are fully seated (clicked into place). Check if the error persists when you close the cartridge access door.

Try running the printhead cleaning utility from your computer. (HP Solutions Center under Setting, Print Settings, Printer Toolbox and follow the on-screen directions).

Remove the printhead and clean it. Then reinsert it and make sure it is fully seated. Remove the cartridges, lift the latch handle on the right and lift the print head straight up. This is done with cotton swabs or lint free clothes (coffee filters will work) and distilled or bottled water. During the cleaning do not touch the nozzles; also do not touch the contacts with your fingers. Wet the swab or cloth and wring out the excess water. Wipe the contacts on the printhead with the damp cloth first by wiping up towards the nozzles. Then with another damp cloth wipe the edge between the contacts and the nozzles (work in a right to left motion). Finally wipe down the ramps going away from the nozzles with another cloth. (Wipe each part until there is no ink left.) Dry each area with a fresh cloth.

Next take another damp cloth and wipe the contacts inside the printer. (work from top to bottom.) Dry the area.

Reinstall the printhead and lower the latch handle. Then reinsert the ink cartridges until they snap in. Close the cartridge access cover and check for the error message.

If the error persists, reset the printer. With the printer on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer. Disconnect the other end of the cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 15 seconds and then plug in the cord (first to the wall outlet and then the printer). Turn on the unit.

If the error persists, then either the printhead needs to be replaced or the unit needs service. Unfortunately a new printhead is not returnable if you put it in and find the error persists.

I hope this helps.

Message says remove and check cartridge

The cartridge is not making contact correctly.
See this article & this one from HP support to clean the contacts and reseat the cartridge. Make sure to allow the contacts to throroughly dry after cleaning, both the ones on the cartridge and those in the printer, then turn the printer on and reinstall the cartridges with the machine on. Press enter to align the cartridges and scan the alignment page.
If this procedure does not clear the error, and you have carefully cleaned the contacts and the cartridges are fully seated, try resetting the printer according to these instructions.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

My printer made a weird noise and now says "Open door Clear carriage jam and then press Enter". How do I clear a carriage jam? I have opened the top cover and usually the print cartridges move to the...

Issue The error ' Open Door, Clear Carriage Jam, and then Press Enter ' displays on the product. The following symptoms might also accompany this error:
* The product will not print. * Printing stops unexpectedly. * The carriage does not move.
Try the following solutions in the order presented to resolve the issue. When one of the solutions resolves the issue, there is no need to continue troubleshooting. Solution one: Turn the All-in-One off and on again
1. Press the Power button ( ) to turn off the product. 2. Press the Power button ( ) to turn the product on again.
* If these steps resolved the issue , you do not need to continue troubleshooting. * If the issue persists , continue to the next solution.
Solution two: Clear any paper jam A carriage jam might follow a paper jam. Follow these steps to check for and remove any jammed paper. Step one: Check for and remove any loose paper from the input tray Remove any loose paper from the input tray, the output tray, and the automatic document feeder (ADF). CAUTION: Do not remove jammed paper at this stage. Step two: Clear a paper jam from the rear access door WARNING: Always clear paper jams through the back door if possible. To avoid tearing the paper and damaging the print mechanism, pull paper from the printer slowly and gently. Avoid touching the internal components of the printer.
1. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer. 2. Remove the back door and remove as much jammed paper as possible.
3.Replace the back door and open the carriage access door. If there is paper visible that cannot be removed through the back door, gently pull it out from the front.
4. Reconnect the power cord and close the printer.
* If these steps resolved the issue , you do not need to continue troubleshooting. * If the issue persists , continue to the next solution.
Solution three: Make sure that the carriage moves freely
1. With the product turned on, open the cartridge access door. The carriage might try to move into the access area. If so, allow it to move to that position. 2. Without turning off the product, unplug the power cord from the back of the product. WARNING: You must disconnect the power cord to move parts by hand without the risk of an electrical shock. 3. Look in through either the cartridge access door or the output paper tray to make sure that the cartridges are secure in the carriage and not loose. Also, make sure that there are no obstructions under or around the carriage to block it from moving. 4. Make sure the carriage can move freely across the width of the product by gently pushing the carriage to the left and then to the right. Clear any obstructions found. You might have to reach through the output paper tray to access the carriage. 5. Close the cartridge access door and reconnect the power cord to the product. 6. Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product.
* If these steps resolved the issue , you do not need to continue troubleshooting. * If the issue persists , continue to the next solution.
Solution four: Remove and reinsert the print cartridges Incorrect installation of the print cartridges can cause the product to show a false carriage jam. Follow these steps to remove, and then reinstall the print cartridges. Step one: Remove the print cartridges
1. Press the Power button ( ) to turn off the product. 2. Open the front of the product to access the carriage. The carriage moves to the center of the product.
3. Unlatch the two print cartridge latches, and then raise the latches. 4. Remove the print cartridges.
Step two: Reinsert the print cartridges
1. One at a time, hold a print cartridge with the printed label up, and then slide the print cartridge into its slot. Repeat this step for the other print cartridge.
# NOTE: Insert the black print cartridge into the slot with the gray latch, and insert the color cartridge into the slot with the blue latch. # Grasp the end of the latch on the cartridge slot with your thumb, and then pull the end of the latch toward you. While holding the latch, press down on the top of the latch until it stops, and then release the end of the latch so that it catches under the tabs. CAUTION: To avoid damaging the product, do not force the latches into place.

3. Close the product cover. A message displays on the control panel to align the print cartridges. 4. Press the Enter button to begin the cartridge alignment. Two pages print. Follow the instructions printed on the second page to complete the alignment. 5. Try the print job again.
* If these steps resolved the issue , you do not need to continue troubleshooting. * If the issue persists , continue to the next solution.

Remove and ck right cartridge

Once remove both the cartridges from the all-in-one and then clean the copper contacts of the cartridges and then put only black cartridge and check for the message displayed on the all-in-one if it even reads check right cartridge then the issue is with the all-in-one hardware. If it reads insert right or color cartridge then the issue seems to be with the cartridge.

Remove the cartridges from the all-in-one and power cycle the all-in-one and then reset.

Now insert the cartridge and check for the result. If the issue still persists then check the expiry date on the cartridge and once replace the cartridge and check for the result.
