Sound but no picture and not a samsung lol

22" NEC flat panel LCD has sound but no picture. I have a white blank screen and can not get any menus up. Tried all leads and cords and even had Tv off for 24 hours. Nothing....

You have dead T-CON board, it can be from not getting the 12vdc from the main logic board, or the T-CON board has failed (blown surface mounted fuse due to short circuits).

Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish Tuner board for the replacement.The Tuner board,the board that recieve the tv broscasting signal.

Samsung flat screen tv no picture sound only, I have checked all connections and remote still same problem.

The T con board is faulty. It is the board with flat ribbon cables going to the bottom of the screen. It is not hard to replace this board. You can get one from here:

White screen with or without sound? If you have sound maybe motherboard or panel (or Tcon module)
Best take it to the nearest authorized Samsung service.

NEC "white" screen.

Solution: Replace open circuit surface mounted fuse (1.25A) located on LCD panel.
Remove cover on back of LCD displayheld by 3 screws.The fuse is located near the socket.

No picture

By blank, do you mean a white screen? If you have a white screen and sound, then the LCD panel has failed, either the internal panel or the T-Con board driving it. Only an expect can tell you if it can be fixed. Lots of these sets die within 3 yrs. The cheap brands faster than the better brands.

Blank screen

If you have menus (on screen display) then the tv may be ok and your signal source is ng or hooked up wrong. If no menus then the tv needs expencive parts inside
