You have to reset all codes on the phone back to factory setting go into security and restor factory setting it will explain in phone handbook how to get to this then for the password type in eight 0 the phone will then restart and say done

Take it back to the 'secure location' as indicated in your service manual. It will automatically unlock when it gets a full satellite signal. You have to enter the PIN number twice when setting up the unit. You should always use a number which is familiar to you so you can remember it. If you can't remember it, and if your secure location doesn't unlock the unit, you will need to send the unit to Garmin to unlock it. You will need your receipt for Garmin to unlock the unit.
