Remote starter doesn't function

Hi, I have a 2002 Nissan Sentra with a remote starter; I bought it second-hand in 2009 and the system was already installed.
It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago.
Now, when I try to start remotely, the car blinks two times and nothing happens, no start.
Do you have any idea what should i check first ?
Thank you for your help,

If the battery was replaced or any terminals removed, you may have lost the tach programming for the remote starter. Goto http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/installmanuals.asp and look for the remote start unit you have in the manuals and it will tell ya how to reprogram the tach memory.

My nissan sentra 95 wont start and its not the starter

it sounds like a starter kill relay was installed on your nissan, if there is a relay in line with the black/yellow or black/blue starter wire under your dash you may need to bypass it, or you might need to reprogram your remote to close the relay when you unlock your doors

Keyless entry system installation

Seeing you have a 2009 i would highly recomend installing the astrostart in it wich you can get with keyless entry installed in the astro start. And the great thing about astro starts is depending on were you live you can set your temperature for hot or cold in the interiour so if you live in California you can turn your ac on before you even get in the car or if your like me and live in north dakota you can turn your heater on. But after installing just the Keyless entery systems i have had customers come back to me and decided that they whant astro start. and if you do go with the automatic car starter i highly Recomend AstroStart Brand they simply are the best out there. hope this kinda answers your question
Please leave rating on my solution
Thank you
