Welcome to Fixya. The reason why you can't use the internet or receive a picture message is because you need to save the GPRS and MMS settings of T-mobile on your phone. For the settings you need to contact the so that they can provide you the right settings like the APN the HTTP link and other settings. after you have save the settings you will be able to use the internet on your phone and will be able to send and receive MMS.

You can only access MMS sent to you by activating MMS. Call your mobile service provider to activate it. Once activated, you can receive/send MMS messages without connecting to the internet.

The problem would be on your Netwrok Settings. First, you need to have the correct MMS and GPRS settings which is compatible to your phone. All you need to do is to call your network service provider and they will send the settings on your phone directly. All you need to do is to save the settings. Once you have received the settings, please do try sending MMS on your own phone number. Please make sure that you have enough balance as well as network signal to send the mms successfully.
If you wish to manage a specific message in the history, you can press and hold a message to bring up options such as forward and delete as well as view details. The options to copy the text of a message or edit a message have been removed.
Contact your Service Provider and make sure MMS is activated on your number.
Ask your service provider to send you MMS Settings OTA (Over the Air) these will come in the form of a text message and just follow the instructions accordinly.
