MC 10000 Digitizer 10000 Error Message

Verify that your model is compatible with Windows 10. Most machines, until just recently, cannot use Windows 10.

You probably need a new driver fo the hasp, go to the Viking website and look under software help to find the driver

Have you got the cable that is compatible with your machine. If you are running Customiser 10,000 on your computer it should be fine otherwise it could be that you are running Windows7 not sure about that though.

That error message is due to you not having the latest driver. Go to aladdin.com and download the HASP 4 driver on their web site. After you install it, your problem should go away.

More likely the software you have is a corrupt one or is not compatible with windows ME.
However, to be on a safe side, follow the steps :-

 1. Remove the dongle from the USB port.  2. Uninstall the software.  3. Restart the PC.  4. Download the software.
 Make sure that the software is compatible.
 Unless change the CD or download the software from some different website ( In case you are downloading it from a particular website ).

Well, after some research, contact with Janome Technical support and some trial and error, it seems that my problems are caused by a conflict with Windows XP Service Pack 3. At this time, my options are to run without service pack 3 loaded on my computer OR I'm told I can upgrade to Digitizer Pro and get rid of these issues. Neither is a good option in my opinion. Running without service pack 3 loaded for Windows, causes lots of system issues for me, but I hate to spend the $400ish it will cost me to upgrade too! I'm not even sure my computer has enough "horse power" to run the new version anyway. Just thought someone might like to know my experiences.

This must be wrong. As long as you have the dongle, and its an original one. Janome should swap it for a new one. You might have to pay for the exchange but it should be aloot cheeper than buying a new.

Digitizer 10000 v2.21 might run in compatibility mode on Vista, but there's no gaurantees. Even the latest digitising suite Digitiser Pro/MB is experiencing problems running in Vista 32 and as yet has no real fix (driver) for Vista 64.

Your internal memory files could be full and need some designs deleted, the monogram design might not be centred in the hoop so it registers outside the sewing field, The hoop selected might be too small for the design.
