I purchased my pearl jacuzzi tub about 16 years ago. I would like to find replacement parts for the jets in either white stainless or polished nickle. I would also need the circular pearl logo in the same finish since the original finish wass brass.

Cheap plastic fatigues with heat . Silicone will work but will not keep the crack from continuing. The fix depends upon what type of plastic you have . It is likely a polyester like fiberglass in which case you can use regular fiberglass to fixit . Rough up the outside with 80 grit , brush in fiberglass resin ( don't forget to mix in hardener) lay in glass material , repeat until built up . Repair the front with a good "gelcoat " repair kit which allows you to mix match color.. sand with 220 , then 600, then 800, then 1500, then 3000 , polish with automotive whit polishing compound , wax
While the brand of the tub may be of importance to you it may not be important when finding parts for it.
Bath tub manufacturers do not make anything that goes into their tubs i,e. the jets, pumps and controls are all purchased from various Mfg.
Are you have any particular problems with either unit that would make you need the brand of either?
With the detailed part number you have, I would just walk into stores like Home Depot or any plumbing store and they will give you the exact parts you need. They are not expensive and a lot of them are standard parts and come in kits. Good luck.
To disconnect one of the jets to get more water flow to the other jets may not be very practical as you will need to remove the tub and cut the plumbing to the jet in question and cap it off. The other solution that you may use is you have adjustable jets is to turn the water off by the face of the jet, clockwise. If your jets are not adjustable then the first solution would be your only option other than purchasing a large horse power bath pump so you would get more water flow.
I would expect there is a Jacuzzi dealer in your town and I would guess he has parts. If you purchase parts locally, not only are you helping your neighbor but also, you will have the opportunity to pick his brain on tips to install.
Sounds like a bad heating element. This is located in a stainless steel tube under or around the main control box behind the cover around the tub. It is not hard to replace but should be done by a pro. The part is avaliable online.
check behind the access door for a air tube that goes from motor switch to button if either side has come off you have to re attach it just cut off 1/4 inch of the tube before you do. that will make it fit tighter
