Leaking water from underneath.

I have a Frigidaire AC window unit. Model #FAA084P7A. I keep getting leakage out from underneath the unit. I am not sure if it condensation or if the unit is not draining properly. Where is the drain located so I can see if it is clogged up?

Hello my name is Heath it will be my pleasure to assist you. The drain should be in the back of the unit outside . If you lean the air conditoner slightly toward the outside it should drain outside.

Frostfree freezer leaking from lower front

From what you have described, without a model number, it sounds like the unit is leaking from possibly going into a defrost cycle. Check to see if you have any ice build up that is now melting or "slushy" in that general area. Water tends to run along the nearest plastic ridges and parts til it can escape underneath.

Frigidaire FAC107S1A leaking water thru the inside of the house

Hello, first make sure the unit is tilted back in the window about a 1/4 inch. Also, check the drain on unit, sometimes they can clog and prevent condensate from draining.

Water leaking inward

There should be a drip tray that catches all the condensation and funnels it out the back. Check for holes, cracks or a plugged drain hole.

A lot of water leaking out of A. C. into neighbor's window below

Place a flat piece of sheet metal or aluminum under the unit that is LONGER and Wider than the unit.....the water will drip on it and run down it and away from the building.

Water is leaking from freezer door. may have put holes in something, putting locks on door. locks are on left side of unit(facing unit).4 holes in door, about half way up door. four more across from them......

good evening sir.

well about ur problem, plz check it out in a near service center, as ur freezer is fragile part, connecting directly with compressor, any slight damage r rough handling may result in leakage of Coolent !! which is sometimes quite toxic.

or else, if u can manage then try fixing it a rubber washer of reqired size. this will definetly stop the leaking of water..

thank u

Mothers AC unit

That has nothing to do with the water. Sounds to me like it needs cleanning, (the water is not drainning toward the back of the unit) ,,(dirty filter, which its trying to **** air anywhere it can even thru the drain hole, or not enough slope, leanning toward the back so gravity can flow the water to the back of the coil! Thank you-very-much!

Water leaking from portable air conditioner

Sounds like the drain line is blocked you would have to take this unit apart in order to check this. I would use a can of air to blow out the leakage. Also make sure the unit is level
