I am an Airtel Pre-Paid customer. How to change to Post paid.....Vijay

If you are a post paid customer than you can get the bill details from your service provider by requesting, But if you are a pre-paid customer then its hard to get it, still you can consult your mobile connection provider with a request.

sir if you are using vodafone then send an sms like this. ACT VL to 111(post paid) or 144(pre paid).
If you are using any other network then call the customer care.They will provide you necessary information's.

Possible that you will bneed to submit your ID which was requested - presume it is prepaid- Visit the nearest Airtel dealer and submit the same to rectify your connection.
If the connection is post paid there could be unpaid balance existing in your account.
Contact the local delearship for assisitance if there is no help from the call centre or post your complaint to the website of Airtel- ciustomer complaints.

I believe the micromax 3g USB modem is available from BSNL as part of pre-paid or post-paid data service.

you can get ur calls details ask ur airtel customer support to provide you. here let me tell you if u r using post paid then there is not a problem but if ur using prepay. i have a doubt but still airtel customer can provide you all the details if they want to

To activate the gprs, dial *567# and choose your plan

For further assistance, call 121 for customer care executive..

Are you Prepaid or Post Paid user ?

If you are post paid user, Dial the Customer Care No. 121 and choose any option till you get to hear ( you will now speak to one of our customer care executive )

Ask the Customer Care Executive to POST/Email you itemised Bill with Call Details.

Switch off the phone remove the battery and take the sim out of the phone carefully and there is a serial number is written on the back side of the sim card ,just note it down and put back the sim and battery , now call the airtel customer care center number +919895112345 for pre-paid and +919895012345 for post-paid connection and tell your cell number and the sim number you have noted , and they will give your PUK number and note it down and enter it and after that enter your new pin number twice and your sim card will get unlocked.

If it is prepaid then better get another sim card

If it is post paid, call your telephone network provider and tell them your problem

By default all the airtel phones are blessed with automatic already activated of airtel live but with this kind of gprs plan activated ,you can’t reach any other sites on web as there is a firewall that blocks any request to any other sites other than airtel live.But there are other types of airtel gprs plans other than this which allows much better connectivity to all the websites on web.
So today i am going to tell you how to activate any type of grps plan on your phone simply by sending a sms or through web directly.

Airtel Live - (pre installed on all pre-paid & post paid) - In this plan a user is able to do GPRS but the only site that is browsable is Airtel WAP site.
Charges for airtel live- No browsing charges for airtel live but downloads are charged.
Airtel Online - (This gprs plan can be activated by sending two sms one by one. For activation send SMS
AO to 6333 & ALL to 2567) and ( For cancellation send SMS AO CNCL to 222 ) - In this type of plan a user can access to any website on web on his/her phone but with a limited bandwidth of 5o mb.
Charges for airtel online- Rs 15o p.m (per month) are charged.
Airtel Mobile or Mobile Office - (For activation send SMS MO to 6123) - In this type of plan user can access to any web site on web with a unlimited bandwidth.
Charges for airtel mobile- Rs 600 p.m (per month) are charged.
