I have an ipod and i just got a mp3 player. and i have an account with itunes but i dont know how to put my songs from itunes on to my windows media player so that i can put them on my mp3 player????
The way around this problem is to burn your downloads on itunes onto a CD (which automatically converts the format). This can be done through itunes. You can then rip the songs off the CD using media player and then transfer them onto your MP3 player as per normal.

Step 1: an itunes account ? b> An iPod is a portable media player that lets users listen to music wherever they are. Before you can listen to songs on the iPod, you must first put music onto the device. If you have been using different MP3 players in the past, adding music to an iPod can be slightly confusing. The reason for this is that iPods are not compatible with Windows Media Player, Real Player or Winamp. By using iTunes, however, you can add music to any iPod.
• Open iTunes. • 2 Add music to iTunes. To do this, click "File." Choose "Add Folder to Library." Then, find the folder on your computer that holds the music you wish to put onto the iPod. Highlight that folder and click "OK." The music will be put into the iTunes Library. • • 3 Plug the iPod into the computer. After a few seconds, you will see the iPod listed under "Devices" on the left-hand side of iTunes. • 4 Click "Music" under the "Library" option on the left-hand side of iTunes. All of the music files in the iTunes Library will then be shown in the middle of iTunes. • 5 Double-click the album that contains the music you want to put onto the iPod. The songs on that album will then be listed. • 6 Highlight the song you want to add to the iPod. • 7 Drag that file over to the name of your iPod located under "Devices" (as mentioned in Step 3). The song will then be placed onto the iPod. Do this for all of the music you want to put onto the iPod. • 8 Click the "All Albums" button at the top of iTunes to get back to the list of albums on the iTunes Library. • 9 Repeat Steps 5-7 until you are done putting music on the iPod. • 10 Disconnect the player when you are done.
You will need to install and run iTunes from Apple, if you have not already. Once you run iTunes, your iPod will be listed off to the side. To add songs to your iTunes library just go to File -> Add Files/Folders to Library.

MP3 players cant be used with itunes, Itunes is only for Ipods and such.
Just see where you download the actual songs. and put them in a folder and copy the songs into your MP3 player.
Or you can also try right clicking on the song in itunes and then copying and pasting it in the MP3 player
Download and install iTunes.
Grab songs from a CD using Windows Media Player, or sign up for an online music service (or purchase songs directly from iTunes).
Open iTunes.
Click on the icon of the iPod.
Click on music - add the folder in which your songs are stored.
Better yet - read the full version of your user's manual.
Install itunes on your computer for it to detect the ipod as a device , this will install all the necessary device drivers . Now your ipod will be detected by itunes . In the itunes window u can go to the itunes store and buy music or add to itunes library the music available on your hard drive.
You will need iTunes which probabaly came with ure iPod.
Now plug your iPod in with the USB cord, iTunes should recognize it and then you will need to get songs by either; draggging them into iTunes or buying them off of iTunes.
You cannot use Itunes for anything except an Ipod device. And any files you get from the Itunes or Rhapsody for example are copy protected and require specific software to copy to an MP3 player.
If your songs are in MP3 format (not downloaded from Itunes or another subscription site) then you can set your Sansa to "MSC" mode which makes it act like a flash drive. Then you can just drag files to the "MUSIC" folder on the sansa.
If this is on an Apple computer things are different - if you are let us know.
