I think the power supply went out. where can i purchase another power supply.Actually its called a switching adapter

1. You may have a bad power supply adapter. It may not have recharged the battery
2. Contact the manufacturer and see if you can get a replacement power supply.
There are some power supply adapters on Ebay for some models. check there it may be cheaper. I purchased several for my Dell and they are very well put together and I had them for almost 2 years no problems.

I really recommend getting a 24-pin adapter Power Supply Unit (PSU). I had this problem once and did purchase a 24-pin adapter for my 20-pin PSU but my computer wasn't stable (random reboots and lock up). I purchased a 24-pin PSU and my computer worked fine ever since. Hope this helps.

If the motherboard used to work with the old cpu and power supply, but does not with the new cpu and power supply, then probably the cpu or power supply is bad.
Why did you change the cpu and power supply?
If the power supply went bad, it could have overloaded the mother board as well as the old cpu.
If you think the old cpu went bad, how do you know it was not actually the motherboard that went bad?
All I can suggest is that you double check all the connections.
If you have USB mouse and keyboard, try a DIN connected pair.
If you are using the onboard graphics, try a PCI express card instead.
Tell us if there is any front light activity from the power switch, drive, etc.?

it can either be your blwer motor your blower motor resistor or ignition switch. alot of people never think about the ignition switch but it is actually an impotant part in everything it supplies power to just about everything..
