Hi how did u test the batteries.the only accurate way to test them is to use a BATTERY load tester ...u can buy them on E/BAY.APROX COST $35::.cheers

Hi if it is similar to pride x the circuit will shut down if key is left on for 20 minutes u will still have lights. Remove key for a short time then replace it & turn on ..goood luck

Reengage the wheels again then give it a slit push you should fell some resistance .seems the freewheel is not fully in

Make sure the free-wheel lever is engaged and the charger is unplugged from the scooter before you try to turn the scooter on. If the battery gauge goes up when you turn the scooter on and there are no beeping sounds you should be good to go.If the battery gauge drops to the red when you try to accelerate slowly, your batteries are shot. (Typical replacement in 24-48 months).If there is any beeping when the key is first turned on then there is a problem and the number of beeps indicates the problem found by the computer during the POST. This scooter requires (2) 12 volt 15 Ah batteries. Typically you would open the case and replace the two batteries inside not the entire case and batteries.
Locate the screws that hold the case together and open it. Make a diagram of the how the batteries are connected. Obtain the new batteries locally or on-line, install and fully charge.

No, you don't need to turn on the key to charge. Just plug in the charger and turn on the charger if there is an on/off switch on it. The charger indicator and the scooter meter will read full when the scooter is fully charged. Hope this helps.

It is possible the the battery could be damaged after being stored for that length of time. If it was wasn't completely charged before storage, or if it was exposed to extreme temperatures (even for a short amount of time) you may need to find a replacement battery. http://www.batteryinternational.com/electric-scooter-batteries.html should have the battery you need.
