you can try removing the battery manually so it will shut down.

defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

My Tundra did the same thing I fixed it, give this a try, main menu-settings- phone settings- Reset-Reset all data (code is 6 zeros...example 000000) then , delete All data(code 000000), hope it works for you!

That exact thing happened to mine! My w315 doesnt even turn on anymore. You really can't do anything for it sorrry to say. I cant get a new phone til may, so i recommend getting a new phone if you want to text.

Basically there is a software issue with your phone. The operating system has become corrupt or the proccessor has taken a dump. If it is under warranty you should get it replaced.
