Cant download apps

Is it necessary to "sync" this unit with your computer? Try this and see if that will help. Or see if you can download the files to the computer (downloads file) and see if you can transfer them then to the itouch.

Try updating to the new software, could be a bug. If not then please contact Apple.com

I can connect to my NETGEAR router okay with my iPod touch 2nd generation, but whenever i try to connect to iTunes or the App store, it says invalid argument, how do i fix this

On your Touch go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. When it starts again go to Settings -> About and check to see if your Wi-Fi Address has been Reset.

Invalid argument on itunes and app store from ipod touch

do the followings
settings>>wifi>>you will see a blue arrow button next to the connection press that.
if you see the 1st 4 lines full with some number and writings then it is ok or else scroll down and press renew lease or/and try to connect using another network.
let me know the result.

What does it mean when I am trying to get into iTunes or go into Safari and it says "Invalid Argument"?

oh just reset it by holding all buttons down for about 30 seconds then it will work i tried this

Invalid Argument error in iTunes and App Store of iPod Touch 3.1

Do the following... On your Touch go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings..... When it starts again got to Settings -> About and check to see if your Wi-Fi Address has been Reset. Hope that helps

My i-pod touch (8Gb) can't connect to internet

This worked for me: Went into SETTINGS > Wi-Fi > Selected my Network (which my iPod said I was already connected to) > Selected "Forget this Network" (which disconnects you from your network) > Re-selected my network and under password, I entered the 'Security Key' from my Verizon FIOS Tech Wizard info and the device accessed the app store successfully.

Many issues has arises to invalid wep key on your wireless AP "access point" to other types of issues like stuck applications and such. You might want to verify your wep kay is good then try again. If that does not work looks like you going ot need to recover the little guy.
