I have a new Croton watch I just bought and received in the mail today.
i ordered and received a watch Model CR207967YLPV women's 23K goldplated pave dial watch. When I ordered it the description clearly states "watch bracelet is adjustable with finger-snap butterfly deployment clasp". I own many watches and assumed this would be something I could adjust if the watch was too loose and not have to incur the expense of bringing it somewhere to be sized. There is no literature with this watch so if there is something obvious I am not seeing kindly advise. Or....do I need to bring this to a jeweler to make it smaller...i have a regular size wrist of 7" - 7 1/4" and this watch is much too large

Adria it will be very difficult to find the dial and parts to get it going. YOU might be lucky if only cleaning can get it going but without a dial? Also check with manufacturer for help due to sentimental values.
mcdevito75 here, Croton, a high quality watch, Best Bet is to look for a small watch repair shop in your area for the battery change, these quartz movements can easily be destroyed with mis-handleing and anyway a battery lasts at least 1 year.
Go to http://www.crotonwatch.com/ and click on "collections" menu and choose "watches".
You will see all the watches that they make which may include the one you want.
Whem you find the watch you want, click on the picture and there will be details and "retailer search".
The web site is not very informative on some of their watches and only refers to their models by numbers, not names.
If yours says "quartz" then it is an electronic watch.
If you go to their web site http://www.crotonwatch.com/ and select "collections", you will see a number of watches. If yours is shown, then doule click on the illustration and more details will appear.
Here is the link your Casio manuals world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/ - 23k - Cached - Similar pages Unfortunately there is no manual for your watch available now. I suggest you go back to the shop and ask for manual. If they insist that you allready have one, ask for a copy of it.
