change the battery if that does not help then you should have teh phone firmware reflash.

No there isnt. The programing for all models of this phone is messed up. It has happened to me, and every1 else i no that has this problem. most of the times its because the phone was about to take a picture, is that ur case 2? I personally would suggesdt trying to get a new phone if at all possible because the phone company (eg bell, telus, rogers etc...) if you have a warranty with them will just give you a new phone, and samsung will also do the same. The $ needed to spend on repairs isnt worth keeping this phone, you might aswell just buy an expensive one if u plan on keeping it.
WEll thats just my opinion, but if you reasearch this problem on the net, ull find that a lot of people with this same model are having the same problem

If a cell keeps rebooting, it's most probably a software - Flash error, and the software needs to be reloaded
