How to install driver of HANTEL USB Modem on vista operating system

I have a Garuda phone (CDMA-2000 1X Wireless Local loop Phone HTP-801). I want to connect internet by this but it can be only connect at Window98se,2000 and xp.It does not install on vista. Please help me and told me about how i can install it on vista os

I have a Garuda phone its pantech htp-801 with data cable and i got the cd with cable and I hv vista home premium 32 bit on my pc and internet is fine working on it  if u have facing some prob with same then try it with hentel htp drivr which come with it  ......I hv recieve the net surfing speed aprox 80 to 130 kbps and 10 to 21 downloding speed

Since the drivers are not available for any os except xp.so better option is to run the drivers in compatibility mode. for that,just go to the driver folder in the disc provided, now right click on the setup file.go to properties,there you will see a compatibility tab there is an option about "run this in compatibility mode" now select xp from drop down menu,and install that..its done.

the problem with the hantel modems is that they made them for only bsnl and other corporates, so you wont get drivers for each os
like even they wont work on vista, linux, unix , solaries
ie other than windows 16X , 32X os they wont work at all

solution is:
1. ask BSNL for other modem or facilitate you to let connect with some other company's product like
Acer, Micronet or etc whose driver is avilable, a rather good non tech solution for basic users.
2. solution 2 is that install virtual mac for vista then install xp on that and then run net.
or else
can't help it.

If it does not install in vista(if you want vista appearance and also to install the software).the possible way to install is:
1.format the pc and install windows xp.now you will ask that i want a vista appearance why should i format and install xp,so i have also have a solution to it.follow it on second point.
2.now install vista inspirat 2 which will give you a vista appearance same like vista.
3.install the software you want ,now it will support your pc,because it is xp and the most important factor is that you have a vista appearance.
