Ive lost my cd that i put on the computer for my mp3
Is there a way i can put music on my mp3 without the cd it came with. ive lost that cd thinking i wouldnt use my mp3 again but now i really need to use it for something.

If this installation CD contains a software in order to put your music on your player, then you don't need it. You just drag your music files onto the player using Windows Explorer.
Before you even think about installing this player, uninstall window media player 11 and get windows media player 10. Windows Media Player 11 ruins this player. Then, use windows media player 10 to sync music to this GoGear. You can get the software (which is not essential for basic use) at www.philips.com/support - enter country and model #, then click on software & drivers.
The Philips site offers the software you need.
If you have the Musicmatch player or windows media player 10
you should be able to download from either player

the iRiver 700 Series Players use a software package called iRiver Music Manager for loading music.

If you do not have a driver or CD that comes with mp3 then it maybe hard. If you have the CD, run it first and let finish. Then hookup MP3 then open My Computer on your desktop. Find the new device. Click on it, it should open and you should see different files. In the music file you can now get the music on your computer and click and drag to your MP3. you should see some type of downloading when this happen. Then check mp3 to see if music was loaded.
