"F4" is a Oven Temperature Sensor error. This indicates that there may be corrosion on the termnal contacts of the oven probe causing poor contact, you may have a pinched or shorted wire on the probe, or the oven temperature sensor is defective and needs replaced. The following link explains how to access and/or replace an oven sensor on most ranges:

UNPLUG the range and trace the wires on the oven probe with the back panel of the range removed. Make sure there are no signs of chaffing or bare wires that could be shorting out the probe. Disconnect the connector plug on the probe and check the contacts for corrosion as well. If you determine the probe to be defective, replace as necessary.
