Had similar issues with my GE oven. (same Model)
Removed the oven control module and sent it to
FixYourBoard.com. For $160 they repaired the board in about 1 week. Received it (my same board) and put it back in. The oven works great!

this is usually a temp sensor probe problem.check you wiring between the probe and the electronic control board. at room tempt check the resistance on the probe if it less than 500 ohms replace the probe.
First press and hold the cancel/off button for 10 seconds.
If that does not work you have a bad thermal switch due to excessive heat buildup. Possibly a bad fan motor.
The 2 thermal switches are located on top of the oven behind the control panel.
you will need to replace that bake ignitor which comes as an assembly with the burner bar, it is part number 8190618 .this will cost u $50.00. That should solve it.
