Asko d1976 soap dispenser doesn't open/deliver soap during the cycle - no error codes/water pumps & drains ok Do I need to replace the module or is there a wax motor that needs replacement? Is there a service/repair manual out there for askos? I also have an asko washer (6021) & dryer (T721) so having a service manual would be handy!

There's an error code on the digital display

It doesn't work at all

I had to slide the dishwasher forward (undercounter installation)and tip it forward as far as possible. Water leaks onto floor, but then the internal controller seems to reset and the ASKO now works normally again. What kind of idiot would design a control module that does not incorporate a power-off interlock? FAIL FAIL FAIL - Bad, ASKO, Bad. Go to your room.

Yes, Asko dishwashers can leave a small amount of water in the sump after a cycle completes. At the beginning of most cycles the sump is pumped and new water added.

I would check you drain it must be clear and it must also raise above the bottom of the sink to keep water from the sink going back into the dishwasher..
