it s due to software problem. u cant solve it manually. so pls contact your mobile dealer or service provider. before that try to do flashing

try updating ur phone software from nokia pc suite.plzz comment if it didnt help !!!

i don't think that this phone supports softwares or third party softwares for installation.. it come with pre installed software....

if you are able to install softwares you can install any one .... F secure is a good one
