Disconnect all speaker connections and rca cables. Leave power, ground and remote wires intact. Try turning on again. If you still have a protection light your amp is faulty. Hopefully you have warranty .
.A thumbs up would be greatly appreciated if this answer is helpful to you
you want to use a car amplfier indoors in the house
yeah that can be done very easily just wire it like you would inside a car but you need to purchase a 12v DC adapter i would go for one with at least 3A output (the bigger the better it depends on how much u wanna spend) from personal expericance 1.5A works but when it gets loud the amp stops and restarts
Hello, your problem is that your amp is rated at 4 ohms bridged mono ans 2 ohms stereo. If your running it in stereo you need to raise the ohms to 2 ohms a channel and if your running it bridged into 1 channel you need to be running it at 4 ohms. Please rate this solution please so I can prgress on FixYa.com. Thanks!
it can be used as a bass amp. if each pair of channels is bridged then you will basically have a 2 channel amp. just be sure to set the x-over's to lpf for subwoofers. I checked the power ratings, and bridged at a 4 ohm load will give you 250 rms watts per sub, so thats enough to run most 10's or 12's. there wasnt a rating for a 2 ohm load, but your amp should support it.
You need to order extra components in order to use the optional GPS function.. you can try checking circuit city or the Authorized Acoustik Suppliers for the products like the websites or you can check Ebay as someone might have the product
