paypal has a contact phone number or direct "contact us" section where you can get assistance from paypal staff
I use paypal for all online purchases and I use a slightly different system to what you are trying ti use but I have no problems with paypal at all
They have a facility where you can set up the account and it is linked directly to your visa or bank card so you do not have to find the section to transfer money to a paypal account
That means that funds are always in your account not paypal account. you know by checking your account balance at the bank exactly how much you can afford when considering a purchase before you make it
next ,when you make a purchase you use paypal and they take the payment amount out of your account and pay it directly to the seller., send you an e-mail showing the sellers name and amount within minutes of the transaction being approved
The seller then notifies you ,again with in minutes , that an order was received and paid for and will be advised when it will be dispatched
To me it saves a lot of hassle, finding what you want , and then trying to find the right site to transfer funds to paypal ( your principal problem)to pay for it

If you are the seller please check the PayPal email address you have in the listing that you posted. you can do this by clicking the sell similar link in the item page then check the section to where you need to add the PayPal address.
If it's not correct, you can contact the buyer and ask the buyer to cancel the payment and then you can send a manual paypal invoice, you need to ask the buyer for his/her paypal email address.
If you are the buyer, check with eBay to why they are sending your payment to another member.
