Im having trouble playing xbox live due to strict NAT settings.i dont know how to change it.HELP PLEASE

You are trying to open the NAT on the router.
For this you will need to reduce the MTU settings on the router to 1365. Disable the UPnP on the router.
You will also need to trigger some ports on the router.
For this you will need to open the router set up page.
Router set up page is the page where you can change the settings of the router

My nat settings are strict and I don't know how to change them to open?

Using your Internet browser, you can access the Router’s Web-Based Advanced User Interface. In your browser, type “192.168.2.1” (do not type in anything else such as “http://” or “www”). Then press the “Enter” key.
You will get a set up page where you can disable NAT

I have a belkin wireless g router and my nat settings are strict?

I understand your problem..To fix this issue all you have to do is,You should open the x- box port numbers on the belkin router(please call tech support for assistance),
And also i would suggest you to assign static ip on x-box on belkin range(192.168.2....) then you need to enter same number on router under DMZ. It may be quiet difficult for you to do all this.please call toll free number"belkin".

Strict NAT?

If you call microsoft, and tell them that your NAT is strict, they will tell you specific ports you will need to forward. (For Free). If you arent sure how to forward ports, call up your routers manuafturer, or send me another message. I have forwarded my ports as well.

Set nat to open

These routers have a setting underneath the advanced tab (within advanced setup) called UPNP.....all three of the active tick boxes need a tick in (by default they don't) and this will sort the NAT stuff out.
