I have tried to download the 5 files to upgrade to video Cam suite 2 for my new laptop which has windows 7. The problem I have is on the official Panasonic website the second file 2.0L044.bat wont download, all the others do, so I cant complete step 4 to combine the segmented file - HELP.

I have the same problem. The CD-ROM was not in the camera package when I bought it last year. Did not need it until now so was trying to get disc from Panasonic -- Have just hung up with them (after many frustrating hours of tryting to get resolved) and told them I'll never buy another Panasonic product again.
