What about cell phone password

Cell phone passwords vary with the Operating System that you have. They can also vary with the brand. iPhones are much different from Android phones and Android phones have different versions of Android. If your question means should you have a password the answer is yes! Make it a complicated password that you have written down by hand so that nobody else can find it on your computer. One very good idea is to make it as a warped version of the name and date of birth of somebody other than you.
Suppose your brother is Tom and his date of birth is 10/13/1992.
Tm0392 is a good start. Then add the same thing for somebody else to it so that the password is longer. I have put the letters and numbers that I'm using in boldface.

Samsung password reset

Im assuming its a samsung phone
Samsung cell phones come with many security features.
In addition to the common feature of preventing calls after a period of inactivity, some Samsung phones also allow you to prevent others' use of your phone's SIM chip and access to your files.
One password unlocks the various locks, except for two other passwords used for the SIM chip. The syntax of the menu items to click to reset a password differ somewhat between Samsung models but you can figure out roughly how to apply instructions for one phone to another.

Lock the phone from making calls by clicking "Start" or "Menu," "Security Settings" (or "More" and then "Security"), and "Phone Lock" or "Device Lock."
Change the password by clicking "Start" or "Menu," "Security Settings," and "Change Password." Then enter a new password.

Set the phone to work only with the current SIM chip by clicking "Menu," "Security Settings," and "SIM Lock."
Enter a new password when prompted.

Prevent unauthorized use of your SIM card by clicking "Menu," "Security Settings," and "PIN Lock." Type a new PIN when prompted.

Prohibit access to your files, messages and contact list by clicking "Menu," "Security Settings," and "Privacy Lock."
Enter the password from Step 1 when prompted to unlock access.
Reset the file lock/messages/contact password by resetting the phone lock password, as in

Its locked to security code or Network Lock,it locked to Network means get the Network UNLOCK CODE from here
theunlockspot.com and Unlock it,It locked to security code means get the default code from service provider and reset it,you can also use the master reset code to reset Phone from security lock and password Lock,get the master reset code for Nokia and Alcatel Mobile Phones there itself and reset from security lock.

Phone would not accept password

If your Phone Does Not accept the Password means You need to reset the Phone from the Password Lock,Because i think You forgot the Password Code..If your is Nokia or Alcatel Mobile Phone means get the master reset code at here
Onlinegsmunlock and reset it from Security Lock or password Lock.

the keypad lock password is located on Settings, Security, Locks, Inactivity Lock. Defualt Phone Lock Password is 0000.

I cant use different sim-card with my samsung S5230. It only accepts vodafone card but not my estonian card.

Yep, this means that is locked. Every Samsung have different codes to unlock, you have to make sure and set the lock password to 00000000, then unlock it by code. Here are some codes: *2767*3855# Full reset *2767*2878#Custom reset *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# This will set the phone lock to 8 zero. *7465625*638*00000000# to unlock it. Try *#7465625# to verify the phone's lock status.

there is no possible way for you to look it .
i mean you can set a password on it .. bt besides that there is really nothing you can doo.. except go to settings.. hit phone settings.. and then securityy.. and then password and lock applications. and so forth. thats all you can really do =/

*MENU
*SETTINGS
*SECURITY
*SECURITY LEVEL
*select PHONE
*then create your security code
*verify your security code
*then press OK ,your phone now have personal security code or password...
warning ,always remember your security password because if you forget you cant open your phone...

To lock apps, I like using LEO Privacy! Cause I can unlock by password, pattern,cover or fingerprint easily. And so easy to operate, just tap to choose lock and unlock the apps you want (even settings, bluetooth, gallery). Really awesome!

You can set a lock for anything on your phone. If somebody in your home or even a friend tries to get in your phone, it will not happen because, you have a password that they do not know. You should get LEO Privacy. amazing applock, just have a try.
