How to download canon cacorder zr850 software?

I haven't fixed the problem yet but will go to several stores and speaks to the sales people there. I don't fancy paying $20.00 for this service over the internet much as I appreciate your willingness to be of help. Perhaps another time!

ok what you do is take the batery pack out and hit the camera there/
if it dont work try again
