Reebok ZR9 X-Trainer. is there an extractor for removing the cross brace? What thread is the cross brace?
Here is the assembly instructions. I doubt an extractor is needed.

Kettler Sirocco cross trainer. The resistance has gone completely and I'm trying to remove the covers so I can see what has happened. I've removed all the screws but still cannot remove the covers.
Tim, I am not familiar with this piece of equipment. Try the link for your manual it may have some info. Good luck. You can also try google search for your make and model # assembly manual.
