There is no standardized code for your TV; the code will differ from one 'universal' remote to another.
I suggest you write down the make and model numbers from several different remotes that seem to meet your needs, then go to the manufacturer's website to see if your TV (and other devices you wish to control) are contained in the remote's code set.

Enter your brand and model number in the search boxes and a list will appear with original and/or compatible 'universal' remotes.
Often, the so-called universal remotes will not give you all the functions offered by the original.

The easiest way is to do device code scan. Since you want to program the TV, hold the TV button on your bell expressvu remote. When all the top buttons light up, press the power button, the TV button light should remain lit. Keep pressing up/down until your TV turns off. When your TV turns off, press the # button. Thats all. Your done.
If you want to set up the AUX button, hold the AUX button until all the buttons light up. Then press * and either
0 - second TV
1 - second VCR/DVD player
2 - audio amplifier or cable box
Then press the power button and press up/down until the device turns off. The last step is to press # and your done.
