if these speakers are several years old, chances are that the left one is just blown. could be a loose wire, but if not, it would be cheaper to get new speakers than to get that one fixed

The speaker itself has failed. Its a common fault. If its under warranty then they will replace the whole unit, or the speaker can be replaced by competent electronics engineer (i.e local tv repair technician). The speaker as a component is very cheap, and it is not a complicated repair for someone who is used to taking things apart.

If you have no money to fix the system, next best thing is use either earphones or external speakers for audio output. Replacing speakers in a portable system can be a challenge as in most models, you essentially have to take the system completely apart to get access to the speakers to replace, if you can find a spare set of internal speakers

well I have in the past been able to strip the rubber back to the bare wire on both ends and then twist them together. use electrical tape to cover any exposed wire this should fix it.

There is no easy way to tell you this. The smaller speakers usually plug into the large speaker. The large speaker is the sub and has a power source for the other speakers.

Hi, there is no way to fix that, if the problem is from the control on the speakers, that is a problem inside the conector that fix the volume, have to open carefully, and clean all contactc, that should fix that, but do it carefully.
