Sometimes it is incompatible devices, while standard wi-fi everything should work. Try updating the driver on wi-fi card, change the channel, and encryption type.

select the first option, type the serial number of your computer and hit search. Under the networking wireless category, select the driver for intel wifi link that is compatible with your operating system
Just make sure you pick the correct wireless driver - this model could be using Intel or GemTek wireless chipsets. If you're not sure, try the Intel driver first, then the GemTek.
