Try switching your web browser. Mozilla to iExplorer or iexplorer to Mozilla. If still not then download Yahoo Messenger and try login there. Once successful it will show you a message saying XXX mails in your account click on that and you are in. If anyhow you have not received any message, ask you friend to send you an email to your blocked account and within no time you will get the mail and the message. Click on the message and Viola you are in.

Try logging out and then back in to your internet access. If that doesn't work try shutting off and restarting your computer. This usually works for me.

This is server problem which will happen in yahoos side. This is not the problem from your side. So you need not worry. Try signing in to mail after some time or some time tomorrow once the problem gets over. You will be able to access your inbox that time.
