Download the updated audio driver from your pc manufacturer's support website and install it on your computer. Restart the machine after you install it.
CHECK YOUR SOUND CARD DRIVER FROM THE DEVICE MANAGER IN THE COMPUTER PROPERTIES, IF DRIVER IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY THEN UNPLUG YOUR SOUND CARD AND REPLUG IT WELL.
Please confirm what Video card do you have, it seems you have an Integrated VGA adapter, and it may not have option to connect 2 monitors. You might need to use a Video splitter (A device to use multiple monitors) to use 2 monitor.

The sound device is software usually located on the mother bord install disk. else see what kind of sound the board takes and got to their , for instance realtec, sound company, web site and download the audio device and the driver , if you don't have the MB CD.
I deleted my sound and graphic drivers and I'd like to recover them. My sound divice is 82801FB(ICH6) AC'97 Controller and my video divice is ATI Technologies Inc Mobility Randeon X700. Please, send me the drivers!
