The memory card may have corrupted. You may need to try using recovery software to download your photos. Try the mac links provided in this article. Once you've recovered your photos, and backed them up on your computer, format your memory card in your camera, using your camera's format feature (look for it in the menus).
if the sim card is unrecognized then you need a new sim. it can happen if you switch the sim from a non-iphone to an iphone. iphones need specific sim cards and they wont work right if you switch them back and forth. you can get a new sim card by going to a store or by calling in to your provider, they can send you one for free or make sure you get one for free from a store.
