Try turning your tap off a bit till the noise stops but the dishwasher still fills, it can just be due to a bit too much pressure on your water valve.

What did you find the problem to be?
On an LG dishwasher, I am not aware of an E0 error. But there is a "OE" error code (as in output error)
The first thing to check is the lower sump area - remove the filter beneath the spray arm and look everywhere for blockages that have slipped through. If that is not the problem, the drain motor has probably failed.

Hi.
The problem is likely the hinges.
Unfortunately this is an Australian model, and I cannot show diagrams and pictures or provide service manual for the specific model.
The hinges are located at the sides of the appliance. With LG dishwashers you will have to remove the door liner to access the hinges.
I am not sure if the model in service manual below is the American equivalent, but it is very similar. The door assembly should be more or less the same.
