Good day,
You can't. They are bonded to the inner walls of the machine and totally inaccessible. Normal for most freezers.

Frigidaire upright commercial freezer started a LOUD buzz and the second light was on at the bottom front..turned off..then back on one hour later,.still loud buzz,..any idea what s wrong ?

The green light should be a normal running light and the other one, either yellow or red(ish) should be a high temp alarm. Check the contents to make sure they are still reasonablly frozen and if not start finding the cause....Is the condensor fan motor running correctly? Is the condensor coil clean and free from dirt/lint/fuzz which serves to restrict the transfer of heat? Is there an excessive accumulation of ice build up indicating possibly a problem with the automatic defrost cycle?

GE bottom freezer stopped cooling

The unit needs two fans running and good airflow, one fan outside cools the condensor coil and the other inside the unit blowing across the evaporator. The compressor must start up. The defrost timer stops everything and switches on a heating element to defrost the evaporator for several minutes. Please verify these conditions.

My GE upright frost free freezer is not cold enough to freeze food anymore.....its cold but not freezer cold....stuff is defrosting....what could be wrong. I hear it running, but I dont hear it go off...

without getting all technical, look for the condenser coil and be sure it is clean. Some are under the refrigerator and can be accessed by removing a "kick plate." Some are under and in the back and can be accessed by removing a cover with a few screws. Some units have a small fan that moves air over the condenser coil. Look for it and see if it is running. And then there are some that have coils that run up the rear of the unit and when it is pushed back against the wall, the air can not circulate and can cause this issue. This is the simple first step to do before getting a service tech involved.

Runs but won't get cold

The first step would be to clean the condensor coils to remove the dirt accumulation which decreases their efficiency. Also, check to make sure the condensor fan is operating properly. This pulls room air over the condensor coils and cools the refrigerant.

Frosting up around condensor etc , and the warning light on.

Are you frosting up at the condensor or did you mean the evaporator? If its the condensor then make sure the coils are clean. Still then you will need a tech to look at the seale system. If its the evaporator and the heater is ok then it could be the timer or the terminator on the compressor. Most of the time its the timer.
