Theoretically, you can't format a more than 32 GB drive with FAT/FAT32 file system. In your case you have to choose the NTFS file system to format your 64 GB USB flash drive.
However, if you really need to format it with FAT32, you got to use the command line or a third party tool.
Hope this is going to help you.
(WARNING: After running this low level format tool, the whole USB flash disk surface will be fully erased. Therefore, data restoration will be impossible after using this utility!)
Please note that this pen drive has been discontinued. Hence, there are no publically available drivers. Please log an issue with Kingston using the below address:
When i copy any data to my 32 Gb Kingston pen drive whether any audio

this problem may be due to a strong virus
just go through Dos promt
by writing cmd in run place at start menu
and then cd..
till u not get c:\ prompt
then write pendrive location like g: and press enter button
then u get g:\ then write format and press enter
hope by this process u will format ur pendrive
First, you should know your pen drive is infected with a virus. You
can't usually repair it, you'lll just have to format it, and I'm
getting to that.
Now, Before you format the pen drive, you might want to preserve some files in the drive?
Instead of trying to view the pen drive by double clicking or right
click=>open TYPE the ASSOCIATED DRIVE LETTER at the RUN DIALOG BOX
(start=>run)
Eg:
If your pen drive is assigned to drive E:
Start=>Run
Type "E:" (without quotes) and hit enter.
It should open.
Now you will probably see some weired .exe file, probably named
fun.exe. That's the virus. You just cant delete it. BUT you can copy
the rest of the imprtant files to your hard drive.
TO FORMAT
Start=>Run
type "cmd" (without qoutes) and hit enter
type "format/x E:" (without qoutes and mind your spellings and spacing.
REPLACE "E:" with the associated drive letter of the pen drive)
Hit enter.
Hope my info fixes your problem, Thanx for using fixya.
