I am continually getting a "Fatal Error 17H" message, causing me to keep rebooting. Sometimes it will make a few prints, sometimes none at all. Any ideas as to what is causing this?
Had printer for approximately 2 years. Used daily in office setting. today the printer tried to print, then just stopped and it said fatal error 17H in the window. We cleared paper jam and rebooted, gives the same error message. Anything we can do?

I'm having the exact same problem...I'm looking at other laser printers to buy, but if this can be fixed I would really like to do that. I have a full set of toners that will end up on eBay otherwise I guess. Love this machine, has worked flawlessly for several years now....I'm hoping someone out there has an answer. I'm not a real techy, but I do know which end of a screwdriver to use, ha! Thanks!
