GE 29875GE1 - Deleted Voicemail Retrieval

Unless your voicemail system has a "wastebasket" feature, you cannot retrieve an accidentally deleted message. It's gone. Not many VM systems have this feature. Cisco does, but Mitel low-end (embedded) models do not. The high-end Mitel NuPoint systems do. Older Avaya/Octel systems also do not. Contact your Voice Mail System Manager to find out what features your system has and how to access them. I've been away from this product for several years so features may also have changed. Start by tapping the "Phone" icon on your iPhone.

2 Next, access your voice mail messages by tapping the "Voicemail" icon.

3 Look at your list of current voice messages. If you have any messages that are eligible for recovery, you'll see an item at the very bottom called "Deleted Messages". Tap on this to access a list of your deleted messages.

4 You should now see a list of deleted voice messages. If you see the message that you want to recover, tap on it and choose "Undelete".

5 Your voice message will now be sent back to the main list of current voice mail messages.

6 Repeat steps 1-5 for "each" message you wish to recover. This may take time!

Hello sachili06, Unfortunately if the emails are not in your trash folder they may be gone for good. One option is to submit a mail retrieval form to Yahoo. They can only retrieve mail that has been deleted in the last 24 hours though. Here is the link:

Even if you don't delete a message, according to AT&T's voicemail usage page, messages stay around for either 14 or 21 days, rather than indefinitely
Voicemail messages are downloaded to the iPhone from AT&T servers and after being deleted from the iPhone are no longer available on the server.
Unfortunately,AT&T says that once it's gone, it's gone :(

You cant get it back usually but sometimes depending on how important it is the carrier can retreive it for you like verizon sprint etc, other then that there isnt no other options..
