Video playback/sound problems

You can use a universal one but it has to be 3.3 Volts at 3 AMPS and the tip of the plug must be positive. If you have a radio shack by you they should be able to get you the correct adaptor.

This applies for windows vista only please check the volume control on the lower right corner in your desktop. Try to click the volume control icon then click the MIXER then look for the pinnacle studio program probably it might be muted.

I have had this problem several times, and there is a simple solution that has always worked for me. If I clear space on my external hard drive and de-fragment it, it seems to make the problem go away.

I found with pinnacle 12 if you turn of the hardware acceleration and turn off the full-res preview,in video and audio preferences it speeds up transitions and text effects tremendously
