My motorola tracfone goes straight to a recorded messege when you call it...can i only use it to call out?

Hello,

The reason your phone goes straight to the recorded message is because the voice mail of your phone is active.

To solve this is simple, all you have to do is to deactivate the voice mail.

To deactivate this, what you have to do is dial ##002# and send it.

Then try to dial your number again to see what happens.

You have not mention the Model number of your Phone but still i'll try to help you.
First thing you can download Motorola PC suits and install it to your computer and connect you phone through data cable with your mobile.
Through this way you can save your contact list to your computer.

try to get a bluetooth nd synchronize it to the phone, or a earpiece that works with the phone so the people you are calling would be able to hear you.

Transfering minutes to another motorola tracfone c139-4

If its a new tracfone you can do it online at tracfone.com when you activate it otherwise just call customer care they will do it for you. I did it the other day.

All incoming calls go straight to voice mail

Just go to call settings and then call divert. check settings. Maybe all calls are diverted to voice mails. Cancell all diverts. Then you are done.
