Hi,
Try following steps
1.
Click on start >> go to control panel >> double click on internet options >> click on advanced tab and click reset >> check the box to delete personal files and click reset.
2.
Click on start >> all programs >> accessories >> click on run and type "prefetch" and then press enter. select and delete all files.
3.
Click on start >> all programs >> accessories >> click on run and type "%temp%" and then press enter. Select and delete all files
[Note : if you fail to delete any particular file than leave it and delete the reset]
Try this and that will resolve the issue. If it doesn't help than you have to make sure that you are not pressing any key while typing the message on outlook which sends the e-mail.
Good Luck :)

I hope I did this correctly. There is no reset button or personal file button on the advanced tab of internet options. And accesories does not have a run button??

Your solution does not work. I know I am not hitting different keys on this keyboard than I do on my work keyboard, and I have no problems there. Maybe the keys are uber-sensitive? Something wierd is going on, for sure.
