Mcdevito75 here, with almost 100% certainty it does, the chances that a 94 Toyota pickup does not have a computer are nill, non existant. Look at your engine If you don"t see the old type carburetor sitting on top of th engine then you have fuel injection and that is computer controlled, also look along the firewall for a mass of wires, also look for the old type distributer cap if you don"t see it then you have computer controlled ignition. I can say with almost 100% you do have a computer in your toyota pick up.

1994 toyota pickup emergency brake warinng light and battery warining light are flickering on and off what is causing this.

My own 1994 toyota pickup did this exact thing intermittently for 2 years but the lights would always go off. When it finally stayed on I took it to my mechanic and the alternator was bad and I had it replaced. It was strange to have thake and battery light on but mine did the exact same thing.
