    Hi,

Yes we had our 36 Pro range installed & the oven worked fine. Now a few days later, we have a blinking oven light & blinking heat light the oven does not turn on. Very frustrating, any solutions?

Only my main oven doesn't work, with flashing lights. Range, griddle and small oven are fine. I would love that code sheet. I have the dual fuel 6 burner with griddle and two ovens.

We have the same problem. Thermador Dual Oven not working after a power outage. Flashing Oven and Heating lights. Small oven and gas range work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.

There is a code sheet that tells you what the problems depending on the sequence of blinking lights, but only the authorized dealers have this information. I do have a copy if you want to email me and I will forward it to you. [email protected]

Major electrical problem? No previous warning.

We had this same problem after my brother hooked up jumper cables backwards.
We had to replace computer boaord under the driver side dash. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it. lol But someone who can hooked that up and get the codes can tell you if it needs to be replaced. I found mine on ebay....they are Hard to find!

Microwave power turns off after a few sec running incl oven power

I would suggest having whoever installed the new appliances come back and check out his work. There might be a poorly made electrical connection somewhere, and you might have a potential fire hazard.

You might also have gotten a lemon microwave oven. This happens sometimes. (Usually when I buy something.) Contact the store where you purchased it and ask if they have a service person who can check it, or just tell them what's happening and you want a replacement. They'll just return yours to the manufacturer.

In any case, have this checked out to be sure your wiring isn't at fault.

Oven shuts off?

F34 is a cooling motor fault. May sure that the cooling motor is running. If not, then check that there is 120 volts to the motor. The motor sensor on this oven is attached to the cooling fan. It could be a simple issue of loose wire in the connector. Find the wiring going to the relay unit from the motor, pull the connector and hold a flash light on the back side of the connector. You should see almost no light. If you see mostly light, there is your loose connection.
