Do this, first disconnect your memory into motherboard slot and then power on your PC. if you hear
repeated beeping means
no memory installed, the motherboard work fine. try to insert again your memory. if your memory are two pcs. insert only one memory and then power on again your PC.
(only one by one insert memory for testing so you can trace if one of your memory was defective).

Three long beeps means keyboard error some key press stock up or modules parts defective.
Repeated long beeps means memory not detected, loose of defective
Continuous Hi-Lo beeps means CPU overheat or loose blower fan with heatsink into motherboard chassis.
